Virtustructure is a hosting and control platform for AI agent containers, workflows, and related infrastructure. Privacy expectations differ depending on what you deploy, what providers you connect, and how your environment is exposed.
What We Collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account, subscribe, contact us, or use the platform. That can include your name, email address, authentication details, billing identifiers, organization details, and any information you choose to place inside your hosted environment.
We also collect operational data needed to run the service, such as logs, usage events, IP addresses, browser metadata, container status, API activity, and billing or metering records tied to agent runs, model usage, and platform consumption.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve the platform, authenticate users, provision infrastructure, meter usage, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations.
If you connect third-party services, models, APIs, or billing tools, the data required to complete those requests may be processed through those providers as part of operating your workloads.
Hosted Containers And Customer Content
Your Virtustructure environment may include remotely accessible containers, agent workflows, websites, APIs, data stores, and other workloads that you choose to run. You control what is deployed there and are responsible for the content, data, secrets, model keys, and services you place into that environment.
We may process or store technical data needed to operate the hosting service, but you remain responsible for the lawfulness, security posture, and configuration of the workloads you deploy.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to run the service, including with infrastructure, authentication, payment, analytics, support, and model providers. We may also share information if required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Virtustructure, our users, and the public.
We do not sell your personal information.
Retention And Security
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, satisfy contractual obligations, resolve disputes, maintain records, and meet legal requirements. Retention may vary depending on account status, billing history, support needs, and the nature of the hosted workload.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for safeguarding your own credentials, API keys, secrets, and data inside the environments you control.
Your Choices
You can update certain account information from within the product and may request account closure subject to outstanding billing, legal retention, or abuse-prevention needs. Removing data from your hosted workloads may not immediately remove all backups, logs, or billing records.
If you use third-party identity providers, models, or APIs, their privacy practices also apply to the information sent to them.
